Why does jargogle choose to use Creative Commons licenses?

This is part of both our personal philosophies and our business strategy.

Personally, we believe that “Intellectual Property,” and information in general, should be free to use. We believe that legal limits on property make sense for scarce resources, but since information is not scarce, its use should not be limited. We respect other people’s intellectual property, of course, but as for what we create, we feel it is best to share as much as possible.

That said, it is also in our business interests. We want this material to have legs – we want people to use it and get value from it. Please download, learn about, and use our models! If you need anywhere to help, you know where to find us: just send either Jona or Kyle a message on Linkedin.
